1. Acceptance of Terms

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 10 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take up to 60 minutes. babj999 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawal requests. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a babj999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to any bonus is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

babj999 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts, placing low-risk or mathematically neutral bets to satisfy wagering requirements, wagering exclusively on outcomes with a return to player above a threshold defined in the promotion terms, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, babj999 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using babj999, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one babj999 account simultaneously.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit any technical vulnerability.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the odds.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") to generate profit. Any winnings derived from a palpable error may be voided at babj999's discretion.
• Using a payment method that you do not own or are not authorised to use.

7. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit babj999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of babj999.
